The following are the minimum requirements to be eligible for employment.
1. You must be at least 18 years of age.
2. You must have prior call center or telemarketing experience.
3. For a full-time position, you must be available Monday-Friday 9:30-6:30 and commit to fulfilling 40 hours per week. For a part-time position, you must be available Monday-Friday from 9:30-3:00 or 9:30-6:30 and commit to fulfilling at least 20 hours per week.
4. For the interview process, you must use a PC or Mac desktop or laptop computer with a camera. As part of your interview, you will make a practice call using and a script we provide, which is not supported on mobile devices. If you are hired, you will be issued company-owned equipment.
5. You must have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
6. You must have a private workspace (with a door that closes) that is professional, quiet, and free of distractions and background noise (crying babies, barking dogs, people talking, TV, radio, etc.). We strongly recommend a comfortable desk and chair, as you will be sitting and working up to 8 hours each day. To protect the security of donor data, work areas and company-provided computers are routinely monitored during working hours.
7. You must consent to to have your computer use and activities monitored (during work hours only).
8. You must pass a background check.

Our selection process involves two separate video interviews (including a practice call), and a thorough background and references check.

Equipment Shipped
If you are hired and pass a background check, we will schedule you for training and ship your company-owned computer equipment.
Step #5
Training
Training is paid. Training is typically scheduled for one full day from 10:00 am -6:00 pm, with a one hour (unpaid) lunch break.

Regular Work Begins
After completing training, you will begin working your regular schedule. A supervisor or coach will shadow you during your first full shift.
